Sales Screen

Fast checkout and payments

Overview

The Sales Screen module is designed to complete every payment quickly and accurately in restaurants, cafés and retail stores. Products are added to the basket in a single tap from category tabs; all payment methods — including cash, credit card and digital wallets — are supported in one flow. The end-of-day till is closed with one click and a receipt summary is printed.

Every completed sale lands in XON ERP accounting as an automatic journal entry; payment-method classification routes cash and card amounts to separate ledger accounts. The Inventory module updates the relevant product's balance in real time with each sale; daily closing figures appear on the central reporting dashboard instantly.

Quick Sale

Products are selected from category tabs and added to the basket; quantity and discount are edited quickly. Both touchscreen and keyboard input are supported.
