Who exactly counts as a "user"?
Every staff member who signs in with their own account (owner, accountant, warehouse staff, sales rep) is one user. Register staff don't count — cashiers work on the POS device with a personal PIN and are covered by the device license.
What happens if I exceed my included user allowance?
Your service never stops. The system notifies you and extra users are added in blocks of five (₺3.900/mo) on your next invoice. When someone leaves, close their account and hand the seat to a new hire.
Who buys the hardware?
The hardware is yours and goes on your books; you cover its cost. But we manage the supply: devices ship preloaded, tested and self-installing out of the box. Fiscal registers (ÖKC) must legally be bought from authorized dealers in the business's name. With a 24-month commitment you can split hardware into up to 12 interest-free installments.
How often and how much do prices increase?
At most once a year, no earlier than your contract anniversary. The cap is written into your contract: 12-month CPI + 10 points. You get at least 60 days' notice, and if you decline you may exit at period end without penalty.
How do e-document credits work?
Each e-Invoice/e-Archive/e-Waybill submission consumes one credit. Credits are bought in packs and unused ones roll over. All GİB and integrator processes run on our side.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Your data belongs to you. You can export everything as CSV/JSON throughout your subscription and for 30 days after termination. At the end of day 90 your data is permanently deleted from our systems.
