The Table Management module mirrors the restaurant floor on screen; waitstaff can distinguish occupied, free and reserved tables at a glance. Tapping a table opens the check, adds orders and sends them to the kitchen instantly. Entering the cover count automatically calculates average spend per head; transferring orders between tables is frictionless.
When each check is closed, the payment data is transferred automatically to XON ERP accounting and the relevant ledger account is updated. Real-time integration with the Kitchen Display (KDS) module means every item added to a table starts being prepared within seconds; the reservation calendar is shared with the CRM module to give access to customer history.

Each table shows its status with colour coding on a visual plan split into section columns; the layout can be rearranged by drag and drop.
Check Detail
The open check for the selected table is listed item by item; adding new orders, cancellations and complimentary items are managed from this screen.
Reservation Calendar
Daily and weekly reservations are listed in a calendar view; each entry is managed with guest name, cover count and notes.
