KVKK Disclosure Notice
Last updated: July 1, 2026As Xonnective Bilişim Teknolojileri A.Ş. ("Xonnective"), acting as data controller under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), we process your personal data within the framework described below.
Personal data processed
When you submit a demo request or contact form, we process your name, company, email, phone and the content of your message.
Technical data such as IP address and browser information may be collected automatically to ensure the security and continuity of the service.
Purposes of processing
Your data is processed to fulfil your demo requests, communicate with you about our products and services, carry out contractual processes and meet our legal obligations.
Legal basis
Your data is processed under KVKK Art. 5 on the grounds of being directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, our legitimate interest, and your explicit consent.
Transfer
Your personal data is shared with our authorised suppliers (e.g. email and hosting infrastructure) only to the extent necessary to provide the service and with appropriate safeguards. Cross-border transfers occur only where the conditions set out in the KVKK are met.
Your rights
Under KVKK Art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request its correction or deletion, object to processing, and request compensation for damages.
