Reservation creation, check-in and check-out

Overview

The Reservations module creates a new reservation by selecting guest details, date range and room type; availability is checked in real time. Group reservations and room changes are managed from the same screen.

During check-in, guest ID details are recorded, and room assignment plus folio pre-payment are completed in a single flow. At check-out the folio is closed; the payment lands in the XON ERP Accounting module automatically as a journal entry, and a cleaning need is triggered in the Room Status module.

Reservation List

All reservations are listed with guest, room type and dates; in-house and upcoming reservations are filtered by status.

Check-out & Folio

The folio is closed at check-out and the remaining balance is collected; the room status is set to 'Dirty' automatically and the accounting entry is created.
