Room Management

Room, room-type and floor definitions

Overview

The Room Management module digitises the hotel's physical structure: floor, room and room-type definitions along with cleaning/service zones are set up here. Each room is defined with capacity, features (sea view, balcony, etc.) and a base rate. XON HOTEL is currently in early access; these screens are the core building blocks running live today.

In chain operations with multiple branches, each property defines its own floor/room structure separately; room-type definitions are used directly by the Reservation module and the check-in flow. Service zones form the basis for staff assignment in the Room Status module.
