XON POS Integration

In-hotel selling with XON POS

Overview

Restaurant, bar and room-service sales within the hotel are handled with XON POS; entering a room number lets a sale be posted directly to the guest's folio. Menu and recipe definitions are shared with XON POS's Inventory & Menu module.

Room-service and minibar charges are not asked about again at check-out — the amount already posted to the folio closes automatically. F&B revenue lands in the XON ERP Accounting module under a separate revenue-centre code.

Room Service Order

The guest's room number is entered and items are selected from the XON POS menu; the order amount is posted to the guest's folio automatically.
