The Inventory module manages all stock movements across multiple warehouses and branches from a single centre. Receipts, issues, transfers and counts are recorded in real time, with barcode and QR scanner support for fast data entry. Lot and serial-number traceability simplifies quality control and product recall scenarios.
When purchase orders are approved, warehouse receipts are created automatically; sales module issue slips update stock balances in real time. When critical stock levels are breached, the Accounting and Purchasing modules receive alerts. Stock cost is calculated using the weighted average method and passed to the Accounting module automatically.
