Customer relations and sales pipeline

Overview

The CRM module stores customer and prospect data, sales opportunities and the full communication history in a single hub. As the sales team moves opportunities through the pipeline stages, they have instant access to every related quote, meeting and task record; automated reminders prevent follow-ups from slipping through the cracks.

Closed deals are sent to the Accounting module as invoice requests; order details are synchronised with Inventory to trigger the fulfilment process. The Reporting module uses CRM data for sales performance and customer-acquisition cost analysis; per-rep target tracking and pipeline conversion rates are visible on a single dashboard.
