Reporting
Branch-filtered trial balance, balance sheet and income statement
The Reporting module presents the standard financial statements generated from accounting data with branch and period filters. The Company Overview panel summarises cash, revenue and profit margin; the Trial Balance shows every account's debit/credit balance, the Balance Sheet shows asset/liability items, and the Income Statement shows the period's revenue-expense breakdown.
All reports are exported as PDF and Excel; the branch filter lets you view a single branch's or the consolidated group's financial statements separately. Scheduled reports are generated automatically at set times and delivered to the relevant people by email; access permissions are restricted by department and role.
ScreensCompany Overview
The company's or a selected branch's revenue, profit margin and cash position are summarised on a single dashboard, updated instantly with period and branch filters.
Trial Balance
Every account's period debit/credit totals and balance are listed by TDHP account code; the branch filter gives a single-branch or consolidated view.
Balance Sheet
Asset and liability items are listed split into current/fixed assets and short/long-term liabilities; compared against the prior period.
Income Statement
Period net sales, cost of sales and gross/net profit items are listed compared against the prior period.
