Cleaning and maintenance tracking

Overview

The Housekeeping module manages room cleaning and maintenance processes digitally. Checked-out rooms are automatically created as tasks and assigned to available staff; room status is tracked in real time through Pending, Cleaning and Ready stages. Technical faults are reported from mobile with photos and forwarded to the maintenance team.

The PMS module sees each room's cleaning status live on the room rack; the check-in flow is blocked until cleaning is complete and reception is notified. Staff productivity and room-readiness time data flow to the XON ERP Reporting module for shift-level performance analysis; maintenance costs are recorded directly in the ERP Accounting module.
