Booking Engine

Commission-free direct bookings

Overview

The Booking Engine module enables the hotel to accept commission-free direct reservations through its own website, keeping revenue away from OTA commissions. The guest selects a room type, dates and ancillary services, then completes the booking via a secure payment step. A mobile-optimised flow delivers high conversion on every device; promotional codes and early-booking offers are easy to configure.

Every completed reservation lands in the PMS module instantly and updates the room rack; the Channel Manager simultaneously reduces OTA availability to prevent overbooking. Payment data flows into the XON ERP Accounting module with channel code 'Direct'; conversion analytics and joint pricing strategy are built together with the Revenue module.
